Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Production Technician Trainee to support offshore production operations through supervised, on-the-job training. This role is designed to build foundational knowledge in process operations, equipment monitoring, safety management, and maintenance support. The trainee will gain practical experience in a high-risk offshore environment while working toward future competency as an offshore operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in safe production operations under supervision.
• Participate in safety activities, toolbox talks, and permit preparation.
• Learn equipment monitoring, operational logging, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of operational conditions and activities.
• Support maintenance tasks and follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Develop technical and operational knowledge through structured training.
Requirements
- Interest in offshore production operations and technical learning.
• Ability to work safely in a high-risk offshore environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Technical training or relevant foundational education preferred.
