• Project Oversight: Oversee Company-related project scopes, including work definition, readiness, SIMOPS, logistics, quality, handover and closeout.
• Optimisation: Identify production optimisation, reliability, debottlenecking, chemical-management, emissions-reduction and cost-improvement opportunities; support cargo-loading and Mooring Master interfaces.
• Subsea Operations: Operate Company-owned subsea production, water-injection and gas-injection systems, including wells, trees, flowlines, risers, controls, surveillance, testing, choke optimisation, inspections and maintenance planning.
• Troubleshooting: Coordinate troubleshooting and safe recovery of subsea, production, injection and FPSO-interface issues with Operations, Engineering, Reservoir, Maintenance, vendors and marine stakeholders.
• ROV Interventions: Coordinate ROV interventions from scope definition and technical readiness through risk assessment, vessel/SIMOPS alignment, offshore execution, acceptance and closeout.
• HES Assurance: Verify effective contractor application of permit to work, isolations, risk assessment, job planning, SIMOPS, management of change, emergency response, drills, incident investigation and action closeout.
• Process Safety: Provide operational input to process-safety activities and verify field work remains within approved scope, procedures, permits, operating limits and risk controls.
• Escalation: Monitor HES performance, intervene when expectations are not met, and promptly escalate material operational, environmental, integrity or process-safety risks.

• Previous operating experience with subsea production and injection systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence contractors and multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
