Position: Project Operations Professional
Location: Malabo, Equatorial Guinea
Work Schedule: Hybrid with onshore and offshore travel
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Operations Professional to provide operational assurance and technical expertise across production and maintenance operations. Reporting to the NMA EG FE Manager, this role supports project design phases, facilitates operations planning, leads assurance engagements, and helps ensure projects are aligned with operational needs and safety expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Project Operations Planning process.
• Organize and support Operations Assurance engagements.
• Review engineering documents and provide operations input during design phases.
• Develop training materials and operating procedures.
• Lead safety reviews and support operational readiness activities.
• Assist with heavy equipment acceptance tests and management of change processes.
• Provide input for facility optimization and project execution alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of production operations experience.
• Associate degree or relevant technical training.
• Familiarity with subsea operations preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both onshore and offshore environments.
