Position: Deck Foreman

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deck Foreman to lead safe deck operations on the Alen offshore platform. This role focuses on crane operations, lifting and rigging, heli-operations support, and coordination of deck work to ensure safe cargo handling and personnel transfers in a high-risk offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cranes according to approved standards, procedures, and certification requirements(API/UK crane operator certification).
- Perform first-line maintenance and routine inspections of cranes and lifting/rigging equipment.
- Ensure safe loading/offloading of cargo and personnel between vessels and platform.
- Lead and execute HeliOps (HLO)duties in compliance with Chevron standards and maintain required certifications.
- Plan, control, and execute lifting and rigging activities, monitoring all lifts using cranes and L&R equipment.
- Review work packages, verify isolation requirements, and support safe execution of maintenance under PTW/LOTO.
- Maintain lifting/rigging equipment inventories, inspection records, and operator logbooks.
- Coordinate deck work with Operations, Maintenance, and Marine teams; support Operational Excellence and Process Safety (OEMs, MOC, II&R).
- Maintain accurate logs/reports; support emergency response preparedness and assigned roles.
Requirements
- API or UK crane operator certification(required per role).
- Experience and competency to execute offshore crane, lifting, and rigging activities safely under strict procedures.
