Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Rigger to support safe, efficient offshore oil and gas production operations through general labor, equipment handling, and maintenance support. The role involves physically demanding work and strict adherence to Chevron EHS standards, working under appropriate supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operation and maintenance activities at offshore production facilities.
- Perform general labor tasks: cleaning, painting, housekeeping, and basic facility upkeep.
- Assist with crane, lifting, and rigging operations in line with approved procedures.
- Participate in HLO/HDA and deck-related tasks as required.
- Comply with Chevron EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices at all times.
- Assist Operations/Maintenance during inspections, shutdowns, and routine maintenance.
- Use hand and power tools safely based on qualification/competency.
- Maintain good housekeeping and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Perform additional duties as operational needs change.
Key Requirements
- 5yrs experience in similar role
- Chevron experience is a plus.
