Aspen Supply S.L., on behalf of one of our key clients in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Operations Analyst (Contractor) based in Equatorial Guinea.
Location: Equatorial Guinea
Contract Type: Local Contract (EG Nationals Only)
Work Schedule: 5/2 – Onshore

Key Responsibilities
Gather, monitor, and analyze operations, financial, and production data from Aseng and Alen assets to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions aimed at improving reliability, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Track completion of action items and prepare exception reports for management meetings.
Identify and support implementation of digital solutions that optimize operational processes and bring measurable value to the business.
Key Requirements
Experienced Financial and Production Data Analyst
Equatorial Guinea nationals only
Proven analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
Proficiency with digital tools and data visualization software is an advantage.
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
Open to future transition from contract to direct hire, based on performance.
